What we use

Recycled cardboard boxes sized to your order so there’s less air and less waste.

  • Paper void fill and corrugated card instead of plastic bubble wrap or foam.

  • Paper tape printed with water-based inks, so the whole box can go straight into kerbside recycling.

  • FSC-certified labels and a single, slim paper packing note.

What we don’t use

No polystyrene, no plastic air pillows, no shrink-wrap. On rare occasions a brand sends a fragile tin in a small plastic sleeve — when that happens we re-use it rather than throw it away.

Recycling at home

If something is missing or you’ve received the wrong item, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free correction.

How to start a return

  • Tins: rinse and place in your household metal recycling.

  • Box, paper fill and tape: flatten and recycle with card.

  • Labels and packing note: recycle with paper.

Gift orders

If you’ve chosen a gift box at checkout, your tins arrive in a sturdy keepsake sleeve with a hand-written note card. Everything is shipped inside an unbranded outer box so the surprise stays intact.
